What we are looking for is psychological satisfaction and conviction, not a success.

Most of us live in this life and are completely convinced that my saying that fatigue is behind success and it is this way, but what is meant by fatigue is physical fatigue and the operation of the mind and members and not tension and busy thinking and to confirm what I say you see athletes exhausted physically and intellectually, but in the ultimate happiness with what they do and this because this does not cause them Tension, intellectual preoccupation and anxiety, they like to do this. They are not forced to achieve success in it only. He does what he loves and leaves the matter of championships when he reached his level is subject to development. Therefore, he only goes to matches and does his effort physically and mentally, and the rest remains God's success for him, so how he becomes sad in his life in general?

Let me tell you something that I have always read about, but many people do not understand well... You will not be happy for a year, for example, by achieving champion at the beginning of that year, and on the contrary, you can be happy once you make simple progress in your daily life, and this happiness is permanent, and this depends on below important points:

1- To be what you do daily is better than or more than 60 percent of the people in your field do daily, and this is sufficient at the beginning of your self-improvement (this is easy as most of us not make daily progress).

2- Doing what is important only during work time, not just the part that you like to do (what important to do take less time and more profit but what you love It makes you drown in it like the effect of drugs without stopping and regret it afterward (

3- There are parts in your work or in your studies that you avoid understanding because your mind is completely convinced that you will not understand it or will not like to understand it, but in fact, if you understand it will become better than you are in a few moments. (you will discover also that this part wasn’t such scary ^_^)

4 - If your mind is the type that likes to play more than studying or does not like work, then this is for two reasons. Either you do not give it enough sleep time, it remains exhausted, and of course, playing is something that does not have to think about something difficult and that is easy for a tired body to do or because you are accustomed to working or studying in a way Cause you fatigue, as work or study should not be difficult, and if it is difficult, you must train yourself so that the work or study becomes less than your level, so it becomes easy to deal with it with your current abilities

5 - Be happy after work or study with what you did in the previous points and that it is a good and enjoyable change, also at the same time and enjoy your free time and do not be relate strongly to anything just enjoy it but not related yourself to it because this decrease your concentration.
